Well his show is over and Cameron Ward has gone for a rest after helping to raise over £500 for Comic Relief. Cam started a 24 hour radio show at midday friday and finished this afternoon.

Storm FM sent our Station Manager, Cameron Ward, all the way to LA! Cam was on the spot at the Oscars and sent us some interviews live from the red carpet.
First up was Robert Downey Jr, star of Iron Man and Sherlock Holmes.

What a show we had last night! Wasn’t too bad at all. We began with a radio quiz I’ve wanted to do for a while but never have done. We talked about the only time Google Street view has ever been used for good and not some sort of voyeurism! When a portly fellow saw himself on his on Street view he was given the incentive to loose weight! Well done Bob! (That was his name).
We also had a phone call from Gladys with her idea of how walking up Glanrafon, aka “Bitch”, hill could be made easier. Her idea was a tad expensive though I don’t think, especially with cuts on the way, that the university could afford to pay for some sort of cable car mechanism.

Storm FM’s Breakfast team are here Monday -Friday 9am-11am, playing you some mellow music, gradually building up to some chart music, and to be honest what ever else we fancy as it gets nearer to 9am.
