Hey guys, another amazing track for you this week. We see ‘Villagers’ first effort with ‘Becoming A Jackal’. An unusual yet fantastic track from the Mercury Music Prize nominated artist. Hailing from deep Ireland, ‘Villagers’ flows a dark, nervous (but at the same time securing) sound that encahnts listeners! Brilliant track and album; really wortha listen.

Hey Guys!

I thought I was going to have real struggle on my hands with this one. The usual trend follows a surge of ‘Greatest Hits’ around Christmas. Alot of commercial fluff to fill out stockings and make some money. That was until Eddy (of ‘off the cuff’) pointed out one huge release which I had neglected: ‘Kanye West, My Beautiful Dark twisted Fantasy’. Apply this to your ears twice a day to clear out any left over Christmas Carols!

Here is the lead song from the album

Simon Cowell has done it again! It has been announced, Matt Cardle is number one. However with nation wide support (including Breakfast In Bed’s Chris, from Chris’ Track of the Week) The Trashmen have come in at number three. Whereas they did not top the charts like Rage Against The Machine the year before it is still a valiant effort!

So well done here is your prize!

The Trashmen

Although because Cowell is back on top we had better appease him. Here is the Christmas number one for 2010:

Matt Cardle
